But they’re not as helpful in producing quality testimonials that you can use to further your sales and marketing efforts. Ratings from 1 to 10 are nice and very important for you to know. That said, you should keep in mind it’s the written comments that count the most! That’s because it takes effort, and you can use them in your marketing if given permission.
